Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be informed of any significant delay.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

Within India: 5-7 business days

Remote / rural areas: 8–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and location.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before payment. We may also offer free shipping on selected products or promotions.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for selected locations. No extra COD charges apply. Payment is collected at the time of delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp to track your shipment.

6. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier service delays

Weather conditions

Public holidays

Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect address information.

8. Undelivered Orders

If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
